Koart students have performed at Carnegie in New York City by winning the American Protégé Competition.

Koart Students have been selected to participate at GHP.

The Georgia Governor's Honors Program (GHP) is a residential summer program for gifted and talented high school students in Georgia. It provides an intensive learning experience focused on specific areas of study, in this case, music. GHP aims to foster students' passions and talents, encouraging them to pursue higher education and careers in Georgia.

Koart Students have been accepted at:

• Aspen Music Festival in Colorado
•  International Cello Institute in Minnesota
• Philadelphia International Music Festival in Pennsylvania
• Csehy Chamber Music Fest and Summer School of Music in Pennsylvania
• Young Artists Summer Camp - Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid, Spain 

Koart students have won auditions with:

• Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles in California
• Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra 
• Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of Atlanta
• Youth Orchestra of Greater Columbus 

Koart Students have won the following prizes:

• 1st prize and scholarship at the Atlanta Music Club Competition
• 1st prize at the American Protégé Competition
